WE RECOMMEND A COMFORTABLY TIGHT FIT on Waists/Hips and the TIGHT FIT on Bottle Holder.
Your optimal activities will depend on how you prefer to wear the hydration belt:
A slightly TIGHTER fit around waist (smallest point around core area) is recommended for running/aerobics to minimize bouncing.
For walking, travelling, or carrying multiple items, a slightly more relaxed or true fit on top of hips or low on hips is recommended.

How to clip the belt smaller to fit you perfectly
1.Move the Adjustable part from the end side and take out the end tip
2.Adjust to your perfect length ,trim off the extra bits
3.Put the end tip back on the strap
4.Move the adjustable part back on the end tip.
