Something you should know before you buy

Macbook Pro/Air with M1/M2 chips is not directly compatible with the triple screen extender. You will need an H5 Video Signal conversion cable(driver needed) to make all screens work at the same time.

Basic Troubleshooting Steps:

If your laptop can only activate one screen or fail to display on both screens simultaneously, please make sure that your ports meet the following requirements: 2x Full-Featured Type-C or 1x Type-C+HDMI.
