Why does the indicator light keep flashing when I press the ON button?

It’s the preheating of machine, will take 20-30s.

If flashing times out, pls check water tank is installed properly and make sure has water in it, as well ensure the side knob is OFF.

Why is there some water inside steam wand when I just received machine?

Don’t worry, it’s just clear water from steam and hot water tests during the quality control period.

We suggest refer to the “Before First Use” in User’s Manual to make a clean.

Why the machine doesn’t make coffee after I use steam function and the two button keep blinking?

It’s triggered the machine’s overheat protection program and machine needs to be cooled down.

How to cool down quickly: In hot water mode, turn knob to ON, release hot water for about 20 secs then turn off.
